ASTM D93 Fully Automatic Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Flash Point Tester to Spain with CE Certificate

In August of 2021, we received an inquiry from Spain for the flash point tester. After our communication, we found that the customer had several petroleum stations in the local area, and the samples tested were gasoline and diesel. Gasoline and diesel samples are volatile when heated, and a closed flash point tester is required. If accidentally choose the open flash point tester, the temperature tested by open cup flash point tester will be lower 20~30℃ than tested by closed cup flash point tester.

Then we introduced our new closed flash point to customers. Compared with the old version, The new flash point has 8-inch touch screen, 32-bit ARM processor, and Bluetooth interface.

Customer said that he met the electronic ignition in the market, is it more advanced? My reply is as follows:

The electric ignition method is to ignite the fire by energizing the heating wire to generate heat. The heating wire will gradually oxidize and lose during use, so the heating wire as a consumable needs to be replaced regularly.

Meanwhile,ASTM D93 has requirements for the size of the flame. Connecting to the gas source can better control the size of the flame. If there is some oxidation in the ignition wire, it will affect the results of the experiment.
