Maintenance:
1. Keep the instrument clean. Prevent the erosion of acid, alkali, oil and moisture. Especially the electronic control part, make sure that water cannot enter and do not make it damp.
2. Frequently check whether the instrument is well grounded to ensure the safety of the operator.
3. Before the first use of the vacuum bump, check and ensure that the vacuum pump oil in the pump reaches the window scale line.
4. When the instrument is out of order, please ask professional personnel to repair or contact our company in time. Do not disassemble or remove.
5. During the test, do not touch the heating part of the instrument. Be careful and do not splash oil and other liquids on the instrument to ensure the safe use of the instrument.
6. Before the working of the instrument, the nitrogen outlet pressure should be adjusted no more than 30kPa, and then connect the nitrogen pipeline for standby. Open the nitrogen valve when need (you will hear the sound of gas letting out), when the system finishes the pressure releasing, close the nitrogen valve accordingly.
