New Type Portable Digital Densitometer by U-Tube Oscillation Method
Introduction:
GD-1310C U-Tube Oscillation Densitometer is designed and manufactured in compliance with SH/T 0604-2000 standardsUsing the U-shaped vibrating tube principle, it can quickly detect oil density and oil temperature, and convert it to standard density with one click.
The principle of the oscillating tube method is to use the oscillation frequency of the glass U-shaped tube induced by electromagnetism. When the glass tube is filled with objects, its frequency will change. The frequency changes of different materials will be different.
After measuring the frequency, the density value of the measured material is calculated based on the difference in oscillation frequency between the measured material and the standard material.
Performance and features
1. GD-1310C U-Tube Oscillation Densitometer uses a touch LCD screen display, automatic sample introduction, automatic temperature measurement, automatic detection, and automatic conversion to a density result of 20°C.
2. The portable handheld digital density meter can measure the density of samples at any time on site. You only need to press the sampling button. The built-in pump will automatically sample and then automatically detect. The test results will automatically be displayed on the screen. The detection is fast and the results are highly accurate. Replaces all glass density meters or pycnometers.
3. The instrument is small and lightweight, easy to carry, simple to operate, and the test data display is eye-catching and easy to read.
4. After connecting to the Internet via WIFI, a computer in the same LAN as the density meter can obtain the measurement data stored on the density meter.

Precautions
1. This density detector cannot test water. The incompatibility of oil and water will lead to inaccurate results when testing oil samples;
2. The test sample should not have obvious particulate impurities, which will block the sensor. If the oil sample contains particulate matter, please filter it before testing;
3. Charge in time through the instrument power charging port to avoid insufficient power during use.
