Portable liquid particle counter inlet filter cleaning methods and precautions

Cleaning method of inlet filter

The cleaning method of liquid inlet filter is as follows

1) Emptying line of liquid

2) Remove the liquid inlet pipe

Use a No. 14 wrench to unscrew the liquid inlet pipe.

3) Remove liquid inlet port:

Use a No. 14 wrench to remove the liquid inlet port, Can see interface internal filter.

4) Remove the filter

Use the attached hex wrench to remove

5) Clean the filter

After cleaning the impurities on the filter screen, Clean with the appropriate solvent until the filter is clean.

6) Install a filter

Install the cleaned screen using the attached hex wrench. Screen face up!

7) Install the liquid inlet port

Install the liquid inlet port with a no. 14 wrench.

8) Install the liquid inlet pipe

Install the liquid inlet pipe with a no. 14 wrench.

Operation Cautions

a) After starting up, the instrument should be warmed up for 10 minutes before testing.

b) To ensure the accuracy of the test, appropriate solvents (such as petroleum ether) should be used to clean the pipeline and injection slit before the test.

c) At the end of the test and when the inspection is replaced, a suitable solvent (e.g. petroleum ether) must be used for cleaning operation，Ensure that the instrument pipeline is clean before shutting down or carrying out the next test.

d) The instrument should be kept away from high voltage, high frequency and electromagnetic interference sources.

e) When the battery is insufficient, it should be charged in time, and when it is not used for a long time, it should be charged regularly to ensure the life of the battery.
