Asphalt Rolling Thin Film Oven (RTFO) is a cheap and easy-to-use oven newly launched by our manufacturer. It is a product jointly developed by my country's asphalt leaders and has guaranteed.The working principle is that the heat and air influences to his film is evaluated by changes of the viscosity of the samples, penetration and ductility before and after the test, in which the asphalt film is heated in the 163 degree oven in certain time.

Sixth Guidelines:
1、When first using and setting up this oven, please be sure to check whether the power is in accord with our standards.
2、When using air-machine of the oven that is equipped wit, please check whether the indictor of flow meter is in accord with experiment standards.
3、When the number that set up is with big difference with show value, adjust properly of airflow hole at the top of oven.
4、The products have been strictly tested before leaving factory, so generally there is no need to revise the temperature controller. If real number is out of technical index after using, please revise according to specification of temperature controller.
5、Don’t turn on light of laboratory optionally, and the time of turning on shouldn’t be too long, in case burnt down.
